The penthouse has 130m2 housing and 100m2 of terrace with overlooking the sea, the golf course and a park. The apartment, beautifully furnished, has a comfortable sitting-room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and laundry room, washing machine, coffee marker, taste, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, oven grill and microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. It also has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one double bedroom with terrace and a bathroom, a 2nd double bedroom very spacious with an additional sofa-bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm each one.

The housing is sited in a quite an silent zone with security 24 hours and with 2 swimming-pool with lifeguard, 2 paddle courts, 1 ping-pong table and playground.

Cadiz has excellent roads and communications, allowing visit nearby locations as Rota, Chipiona, El Puerto de Santa María, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Jerez, Cadiz city and Sevilla in a short time. Jerez Airport is 25 kilometres, Sevilla Airport is100 kilometres.
