New Oasis III Residential Home is against Barcelo Hotel and Club de Golf Costa Ballena. Very well furnished and spacious room with two large spaces, kitchen with all appliances, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with private garden. Air conditioning / heating in living room (but not necessarily use.) Very quiet house. Residential ideal for children, free movement of cars. Very spacious underground garage. Two swimming pools with their caregivers. It is not necessary to use the car as you can walk or bike to the beach, shopping center or golf club.

How to arrive at the property

Can be reached by road from Puerto de Santa Maria or from Sanlúcar de Barrameda (both direct road to Costa Ballena). Once within the development through the first (round first since these municipalities) enter in Avenida Reina Sofia, which is the address of the house.
