Since the apartment is close to Portugal border, it makes posible excursions to Algarve. You can also enjoy the International Music Festival “City of Ayamonte” and all the cultural programs and exhibitions the the City Council of Ayamonte organices during the summer time.
Close to the flat, 2 mts. Walking, is the yachting harbour with its nautical services as nautic sports, sailing courses, boat hiring,… and other services as restaurantas, cafeterias, shops, supermarkets, etc.
Just 2-3kms. from the residential area is the Golf, a 18 hole golf course with a surface of 5.937 mts. It was designed to integrate the green into its natural landscape.
